Tathagata Nageshwara-Raja (Tathagata King Lord of the Nagas)

Tathagata Nageshwara-raja (Tathagata King Lord of the Nagas) resides in the eastern Nagavyapta-loka (Pervaded with Nagas World). He has a blue complexion. He holds a Naga tree in his right hand and a snake-lasso in his left. He wears the three robes of the Bhikshu. He sits in the Vajra (Vajrasana) posture. When one takes refuge in Tathagata Nageshwara-raja (Tathagata King Lord of the Nagas) and makes prostrations to him it purifies the sins and obscurations that one may have accumulated over a period of 8 eons and the merit one accumulates is inestimable.
